I used these knee pads for one season, and while they did the job okay in the beginning, the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. I wasn’t overly rough on them, so it’s frustrating to see them falling apart after normal use. At this point, I’d really like the company to look into it or offer some kind of replacement, because they should last longer than that.

It works fine. Easy enough to use. But the design feels kind of old. A little cluttered too. Not bad, just plain.

I needed some wrestling gear, but once again, half the things I wanted were out of stock. It felt like they made it my problem to keep checking back or figure out alternatives, which was frustrating.

The site does what it’s supposed to do, so I don’t think it’s fair to make it sound terrible. I was able to find what I needed eventually, but yeah, a few things took longer to track down than I expected. The pages loaded mostly fine for me, the layout just feels kind of outdated. Checkout wasn’t really a problem though, so overall it’s usable, just not the smoothest experience.

I reached out twice and both times it took way too long to get any kind of response. it made me feel like no one really cared to help. I regret even bothering because the whole experience was just frustrating.

I was kind of disappointed with the material. It feels a little thin, which is a bit ridiculous for what I expected. It’s not terrible, but it doesn’t feel especially sturdy either.

Trying to shop on Cliff Keen got old fast. The pages were slow for me, and a couple times the product photos didn’t even load right away, so I kept having to wait around or refresh.

The cart was also glitchy when I switched sizes, and I ended up having to go back and add things again. On top of that, the reminders felt a little too aggressive, like I’d barely left the page before getting pushed to come back. Maybe other people have a smoother time, but my experience was annoying

I had to exchange for a different size, and it did get sorted out in the end, so I can’t complain too much. But i kind of regret not checking the sizing more carefully because the return process took longer than I expected. Customer service did respond, just not very quickly. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was a great experience.

I ordered from Cliff Keen and, to be fair, my stuff did eventually show up in good shape. But the shipping was kind of weird. Tracking went quiet for a few days, which always makes me feel like my package got moved to some secret back room where nobody wants to admit what’s happening. Maybe it was just normal delays, but it definitely had me checking way too often. Overall, not a disaster, but not exactly impressive either. I just wish it had arrived a bit faster.

i ordered a singlet and shorts from cliffkeen.com, and overall it was a normal experience. the size chart was mostly accurate, and the shorts fit around the waist about how i expected.

the singlet was a little tighter in the shoulders than i thought it would be. it was still wearable, just not quite as comfortable as i’d want for regular practice.

shipping was fine and the quality seemed good, but i do think the sizing info could be a bit clearer. i’d probably order again, but next time i might go one size up.

This headgear was just not it. It kept rubbing my ears like crazy and felt stiff the whole time during practice. I was counting down the minutes until I could take it off

It feels okay to me so far. I would not say it is perfect, but nothing really stood out as sketchy or concerning. Overall, I feel like it is mostly trustworthy

My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated. I’m a bit particular about getting exactly what I ordered, so it was frustrating that one item came in the wrong size. It wasn’t the end of the world, but definitely annoying. Customer service handled it okay, though I wish the whole process had been a little smoother.

I paid way too much for this, i feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be worth it. The quality is just average at best, and for the price, I really expected a lot better. Definitely won’t be buying again.
